FAQs

How are Cruzado garments made?

At Cruzado, we build garments with purpose. Every piece is crafted to reflect quiet strength, attention to detail, and a mindset of staying solid—through design, quality, and intention.

Materials:
We carefully select high-quality fabrics that hold their structure and feel right on the skin. Our t-shirts, for example, are made from heavyweight cotton for comfort, durability, and a crisp fit that lasts.

Manufacturing:
All Cruzado garments are designed in Australia. Our pants are produced in small batches by a manufacturer in Melbourne. We stay closely involved in the process, from fit adjustments to fabric handling, to make sure every detail reflects our standard.

Printing:
All t-shirts are printed in-house. I personally handle every print using a combination of screen printing and DTF (direct-to-film) techniques. This hands-on approach lets me control the finish, sharpness, and longevity of every design.

Ethical Practices:
We work with people we trust. Our production partners meet safe working standards, and we operate in small, responsible volumes. There’s no mass production—just focused craftsmanship.

Innovation:
Cruzado pieces are designed to carry weight without needing attention. Our upcoming pants, for example, are cut with sharp pleats and clean lines, not for fashion’s sake, but to reflect pride in how you carry yourself.

What is your return policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days... unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
To start a return, reach out through the contact page with your order number and the reason. We’ll send through the next steps.
Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or the mistake’s on us.

How do you handle failed prints?

I take pride in every print that leaves the workspace. But screen printing is a craft, and sometimes it takes a few tries to get it right.

If a print isn’t clean, sharp, or up to standard, it doesn’t go out. I’ll scrap it, rework it, and reprint until it’s right.
If something ever slips through and your print isn’t what it should be, contact us. I’ll replace it.

Every Cruzado garment is meant to hold up, not just in wear, but in meaning ;)
